01.Operator and availability
Photo Restoration is operated by Yang Yaohui, an individual seller trading as Vowscent. Contact vowscent@163.com. This studio is currently in preview: checkout and new orders are disabled. The following terms describe the intended workflow when orders open.
02.Your purchase
$4.99 USD for one photograph or $7.99 USD for two photographs, with one restored output per upload. The configured generation target is 2K; original resolution, exact reconstruction and perfect likeness are not guaranteed.
The final checkout displays the complete amount and any applicable taxes before payment. Processing starts only after server-side payment verification. Returning from checkout is not proof of payment. You do not need an account; keep your order number and checkout email.
03.Authorized inputs
You must be 18 or older and have the rights and necessary permission to submit one or two old photographs. Do not submit illegal, infringing or deceptive content. Private inputs are sent only to providers needed for the order.
04.AI limitations
Restoration can reduce visible damage, but missing details cannot be recovered with certainty. We aim to preserve composition, tone and people; generated details may be inaccurate. Do not treat a restored image as historical evidence.
05.Delivery and support
Completed files are provided in a private order page, with a link sent to the checkout email. Email acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery. Files expire 30 days from order creation; download them in time. Contact vowscent@163.com with your order number if delivery fails.
06.Legal rights
You retain rights in your inputs. Rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law and provider terms; our copyright notice does not create rights in every output. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
