01.Operator and availability
Photo Restoration is operated by Yang Yaohui, an individual seller trading as Vowscent. Contact vowscent@163.com. This studio is currently in preview: checkout and new orders are disabled. The following terms describe the intended workflow when orders open.
02.No current checkout
Checkout is disabled during preview. This site does not currently collect payment. Do not send money or payment card details by email.
03.Failed or incomplete delivery
When sales open, if we cannot deliver the purchased number of restored files, the order is flagged for manual refund review. We do not mark incomplete delivery as complete. Contact vowscent@163.com with the order number, checkout email and a description of the issue.
04.Quality concerns and limits
Please report objective delivery problems or material differences from the purchased scope promptly. AI results vary; we review quality complaints individually and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. We cannot guarantee subjective preferences, perfect reconstruction or an employment outcome.
05.Refund processing
An approved refund is processed through the original payment provider and original payment method where supported. A dashboard status update alone is not a money transfer. Provider and bank timing varies. We aim to answer refund questions within two business days.
